Fox Pushes For Quick Appeal In Unpaid Interns' Suit

Law360, New York (August 26, 2013, 2:44 PM EDT) -- Fox Entertainment Group Inc. urged a New York federal judge on Friday to give the company permission to appeal his ruling that unpaid interns who worked on the film “Black Swan” were actually employees, saying the Second Circuit has never offered guidance on which standard applies.
