High Court Asked To Hear Driver Privacy Class Action

Law360, New York (August 26, 2013, 6:21 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has received a request to overturn an Eighth Circuit ruling that nixed class certification in a proposed class action accusing a Thomson Reuters Corp. unit of illegally collecting driver’s license information from states and then selling it.
