Evanston Calls NAC’s Refusal To Cover Builder ‘Unscrupulous’

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 4:57 PM EDT) -- Evanston Insurance Co. hit North American Capacity Insurance Co. with a lawsuit in California federal court on Monday in an effort to force the insurer to contribute to the defense and indemnification costs of five separate suits against a contractor accused of botching hundreds of homes.
