WTC Developer, Airlines Settle Art Loss Claims

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 1:50 PM EDT) -- A group of airlines that recently dodged the World Trade Center developer’s attempt to pursue billions in damages over losses from the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on Tuesday agreed to pay about $900,000 for destroyed artwork, clearing the way for the developer’s appeal.
