Kaiser Gets Transport Contractor's FCA Suit Pared

Law360, New York (August 29, 2013, 1:28 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday trimmed several claims from ProTransport-1 LLC's suit accusing Kaiser Foundation Health Plan Inc. of wrongly referring it to Medicaid to seek payment for contracted patient transport services provided to Medicare Advantage patients, ruling it didn't have a basis for the allegations.
