DOL Again Pushes Back Effective Date Of H-2B Wage Rule

Law360, New York (August 29, 2013, 8:07 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Labor said Thursday that it would again delay — this time, indefinitely — the effective date of a 2011 rule dealing with prevailing wages under the H-2B visa program that's the subject of pending legal challenge at the Third Circuit.
