Wal-Mart Urges 9th Circ. To Let Dukes Class Denial Stand

Law360, New York (August 30, 2013, 2:44 PM EDT) -- Wal-Mart urged the Ninth Circuit on Thursday not to review the denial of the latest bid for class certification in the high-profile sex discrimination lawsuit brought by Betty Dukes, asserting that the plaintiffs' narrowed class still cannot meet the requirements.
