NJ Court Upholds Builder's Affordable Housing Variance

Law360, New York (September 3, 2013, 9:28 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate panel on Friday affirmed builder’s remedies granted to a pair of developers, clearing them to develop affordable housing units in the township of Livingston, N.J., after ruling the township lacked a plan to meet minimum affordable housing levels.
