Texas High Court Says Developer Wrongly Blocked By City

Law360, Dallas (September 3, 2013, 7:49 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday said the city of Lorena cannot block a developer’s plans for sewer connections on unsold lots it owns, ruling a moratorium on private development cannot be enforced because the city had already approved plans for the residential subdivision.
