Uncertainty Remains Over Scope Of Calif. Safe Chemical Push

Law360, San Diego (September 5, 2013, 10:35 PM EDT) -- Regulations implementing California’s landmark Green Chemistry Initiative to curb harmful chemicals in consumer products are set to take effect next month, but attorneys say manufacturers and supply-chain companies still face uncertainty over which chemicals and products are going to be targeted.
