Cracker Barrel Injunction Should Stay, Kraft Tells 7th Circ.

Law360, New York (September 6, 2013, 2:34 PM EDT) -- Kraft Foods Group Inc. urged the Seventh Circuit on Wednesday to keep a preliminary injunction in place against Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Inc.'s grocery store products while Kraft's trademark-infringement suit proceeds, saying the dispute was much meatier than just one ham product.
