Harper Lee Settles With Agent Over 'Mockingbird' Copyright

Law360, New York (September 6, 2013, 4:14 PM EDT) -- A federal suit brought by Nelle Harper Lee against a literary agent the famed author claims duped her into handing over her copyright for the iconic American novel “To Kill A Mockingbird” will be dismissed next week along with related state court litigation, multiple sources said Friday.
