7th Circ. Asked To Revive Insurer Choice Of Counsel Suit

Law360, Chicago (September 9, 2013, 7:15 PM EDT) -- A State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. policyholder lobbied the Seventh Circuit on Monday to revive a class action claiming the insurer ran afoul of Indiana law by failing to inform policyholders about its use of in-house counsel in third-party lawsuits.
