Age Discrimination Warrants Class Cert., SF Cops Tell 9th Circ.

Law360, San Francisco (September 10, 2013, 5:03 PM EDT) -- More than 30 San Francisco Police Department officers urged the Ninth Circuit on Tuesday to revive their bid for class certification in their age discrimination suit, arguing that a California federal judge wrongly applied Dukes v. Wal-Mart when she ruled that the officers failed to show they had common claims.
