NY Court Told Next-Door Project Triggers Vandalism Coverage

Law360, New York (September 10, 2013, 6:01 PM EDT) -- Several judges on New York's highest court on Tuesday appeared hesitant to extend vandalism coverage to property damage from construction work next door, an unsettled question sent over by the Second Circuit, as a property owner's attorney argued that the construction was a malicious act covered by the policy.
