Dallas Architecture Firm Says Ex-Beijing Head Stole Clients

Law360, Houston (September 13, 2013, 6:36 PM EDT) -- A Dallas-based architectural firm sued the former director of its Beijing branch in Texas state court Friday, alleging he violated his employment agreement by using a deceptively named company he created to steer at least 15 of his employer’s clients to himself.
