Reputation.com Forks Over $1M To Settle OT Class Action
Law360, New York (September 18, 2013, 1:22 PM EDT) -- Online public relations firm Reputation.com has agreed to pay $1 million to settle a class action in California federal court over the company's alleged failure to pay overtime wages to sales representatives, according to court documents filed Tuesday.
The class of 93 current and former employees, led by named plaintiffs George Marchelos and Amy Kassenbrock, asked U.S. District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers to grant final approval to the settlement at the parties' next scheduled hearing on Oct. 22.
