Deepwater Claims Chief Assails BP's $26M Budget Protest

Law360, New York (September 18, 2013, 1:03 PM EDT) -- BP PLC made a veiled attempt to choke off Deepwater Horizon settlement payments the company failed three times to enjoin in court by asking to cut $25.5 million from the claims facility's quarterly budget, the settlement administrator said Tuesday.
