Ex-Model Agency Intern Seeks Conditional Cert. In FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (September 19, 2013, 2:46 PM EDT) -- A former unpaid intern at Elite Model Management Corp. who claimed she should have received wages asked a New York federal court Tuesday to let her case move ahead as a collective action, arguing that she met the “low burden” for conditional certification.
