GAO Says Small-Biz Contracting Rule Is Limited To US

Law360, New York (September 18, 2013, 6:43 PM EDT) -- The Government Accountability Office on Wednesday struck down a Kuwait-based business's claims that the U.S. Air Force was required to reserve its contract for electric cables for small businesses, finding that the Small Business Act's set aside rule only applies to vendors within the United States.
