9th Circ. Should Block LA Condom Rule, Porn Cos. Say

Law360, Los Angeles (September 18, 2013, 6:24 PM EDT) -- Adult film companies Vivid Entertainment LLC and Califa Productions Inc. urged the Ninth Circuit on Monday to block the enforcement of Los Angeles County’s requirement that porn actors wear condoms, saying the law is unconstitutional and that producers are aware of health risks and have taken preventative measures.
