Live Nation Escapes Price Structure Monopoly Suit

Law360, New York (September 20, 2013, 2:13 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge on Wednesday tossed a putative nationwide class action against Live Nation Entertainment Inc. after finding that the plaintiff was not harmed by the company’s practice of charging additional fees, saying his allegations that the company is a monopolist are irrelevant.
