Penn National Nabs Most Regulatory OKs Needed For Split

Law360, New York (September 20, 2013, 4:11 PM EDT) -- Penn National Gaming Inc. has obtained nearly all of the regulatory approvals it needs to split into two publicly traded companies to divide its real estate assets from the rest of the company, the company said Thursday.
