Law360, Wilmington (September 23, 2013, 7:37 PM EDT) -- Capmark Financial Group Inc.'s confirmed Chapter 11 plan discharged a breach of contract claim filed in New York state court by one of Fillmore Capital Partners' units over a loan secured by a mall and hotel complex, a Delaware bankruptcy judge ruled Monday.
