Texas DOT Inks $100M Contract With Xerox

Law360, New York (September 23, 2013, 5:55 PM EDT) -- Xerox Corp. has snagged a $100 million contract with the Texas Department of Transportation to provide customer service and toll operations for the next five years, the company said on Monday, adding to its already-extensive list of U.S. government agency clientele.

The company said it will take on a growing base of more than 8 million monthly toll transactions, manage more than 750,000 accounts and assume the responsibility of the state's toll plaza buildings. The Texas DOT joins more than 1,700 accounts Xerox has in municipalities...
