Chicago Files Suit To Seize Site Of Planned $400M Hotel

Law360, New York (September 24, 2013, 1:33 PM EDT) -- The city of Chicago filed an eminent domain lawsuit Monday in state court to seize land it is has earmarked for a new $400 million hotel, right on the heels of the property owner lobbing a suit to push forward its own plans for the site.
