Marriott Shakes Claims In Miami Beach Hotel Management Suit

Law360, New York (September 25, 2013, 6:16 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Tuesday trimmed a lawsuit alleging that Marriott International Inc. mismanaged the boutique Eden Roc hotel in Miami Beach, dismissing claims that Marriott breached fiduciary duty and intimidated other potential contenders for the management job.
