Hilton Objects Again To Embassy Suites Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, Washington (September 25, 2013, 2:33 PM EDT) -- Two Hilton Worldwide Inc. affiliates on Tuesday objected to an amended Chapter 11 reorganization plan filed last week in California bankruptcy court by a collective of Embassy Suites hotel operators, arguing the plan would wrongly require them to alter their standard agreements to suit secured lender U.S. Bank NA.
