$1B Mohegan Sun Casino Plan Ignores Mass. Town, Atty Says

Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 7:30 PM EDT) -- An attorney representing the town of Monson, Mass., sent a letter Wednesday lambasting the Massachusetts Gaming Commission and Mohegan Gaming Advisors for failing to include Monson in negotiations for a proposed $1 billion resort casino in a nearby town.

Jeffrey I.
