Air Force Base Project Subcontractor Sues For Unpaid Work

Law360, New York (September 27, 2013, 1:53 PM EDT) -- KBW Associates Inc. slapped Jaynes Corp. with a lawsuit Thursday, accusing the construction company of underpayment for KBW's work at a U.S. Air Force base in Nevada and alleging that Jaynes wrongfully added more work to their subcontract agreement.
