San Francisco Set To Pay $1M To Settle BofA Flooding Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (September 30, 2013, 4:42 PM EDT) -- A San Francisco panel is set to vote Tuesday on whether to approve a deal to pay nearly $1 million to end a property damage suit brought by Bank of America N.A. for flooding and water damage in the basement of the bank’s Market Street building.
