ITT Can't Escape Raytheon's $14M Army Contract Row

Law360, New York (September 30, 2013, 5:50 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Monday refused to dismiss Raytheon Corp.'s $13.6 million suit claiming ITT Corp. breached a subcontract for the manufacture of infrared thermal cameras for U.S. Army night vision goggles, saying Raytheon adequately pled its claims.
