Sole Bidder For Mass. Casino License Still Faces Rivals

Law360, New York (October 1, 2013, 5:42 PM EDT) -- Only one developer submitted a bid for Massachusetts' third casino license in the state's southeast region by Monday's deadline, the Massachusetts Gaming Commission said, but at least two additional groups are still hoping to make a play for their own project in the area through other legal avenues.
