Court Consolidates CRT Price-Fixing Class Actions

Law360, New York (February 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two pending class actions alleging price-fixing by manufacturers of cathode ray tubes will be consolidated in California, the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has decided.

The panel issued an order last week transferring one pending case from the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York to the Northern District of California, the site of another ongoing suit.
