BSkyB Fights Ruling To Slash Its Stake In ITV

Law360, New York (February 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- British Sky Broadcasting Group Plc said Thursday it plans to challenge a U.K. government ruling that it must slash its stake in ITV Plc. The ruling followed a finding by antitrust authorities that Rupert Murdoch's interest in the broadcaster substantially threatened competition in the television industry.
