NY AG Says Wells Fargo Is Violating Mortgage Deal

Law360, New York (October 2, 2013, 12:47 PM EDT) -- A day after announcing that Bank of America Corp. would make sweeping changes to comply with the terms of a national settlement tied to mortgage-lending abuses, New York's attorney general targeted Wells Fargo & Co. on Wednesday for what he called broad violations of the $25 billion accord.
