BNP Paribas Seeks To Amend Claims In $1.6B MBS Brawl

Law360, New York (October 2, 2013, 7:33 PM EDT) -- BNP Paribas asked a New York federal judge Wednesday to let it bring new claims against Bank of America Corp. over its handling of $1.6 billion in mortgage-backed notes, despite an earlier ruling that the case relies on BofA being able to sue itself.
