AA Wins Order Blocking Travel Agents' Trademark Use

Law360, New York (October 4, 2013, 5:01 PM EDT) -- American Airlines Inc. won a temporary restraining order by a Texas state judge on Wednesday against eight travel agencies in a trademark infringement suit accusing them of illegally using its name to lure consumers into joining a pricey travel club.
