High Court Wants Government Input In Whistleblower Suits

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 3:28 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court sought input from the U.S. Solicitor General on Monday for two False Claims Act suits, one accusing military contractor KBR Inc. of billing for unperformed work in Iraq, and the other accusing Takeda Pharmaceuticals North America Inc. of overbilling Medicare.
