Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 8:34 PM EDT) -- The Supreme Court on Monday decided not to hear an appeal by Blackwater Security Consulting LLC in a case over disability payments to a war zone security employee, thwarting the contractor's argument that payments should not be permanently locked in at a higher rate based on his overseas wages.
