High Court Declines Milk Pricing Class Action Appeal

Law360, Washington (October 7, 2013, 6:34 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to vacate a Ninth Circuit ruling that found dairy farmers could proceed with a class action alleging it skewed prices by lowballing rates to a milk pricing overseer.
