Post-DOD Interim Rule, Expect More Enforcement

Law360, New York (October 16, 2013, 6:37 PM EDT) -- On Sept. 30, 2013, the U.S. Department of Defense published a potentially significant interim rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) — DFARS Case 2013-D010.[1] This rulemaking brings DOD regulations into line with Congress’ recent expansion of whistleblower protections in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
