Aereo Execs To Be Grilled By Fox Over Patent Applications

Law360, Los Angeles (October 7, 2013, 9:49 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Monday said he would allow Fox Broadcasting Co. and other television networks to depose two Aereo Inc. executives for an additional hour to answer questions about patent applications in two related lawsuits, the same day as Fox and affiliates hit Aereo with a new complaint in Utah federal court.
