Amazon Notches Win In $600M CIA Contract Dispute

Law360, New York (October 8, 2013, 1:45 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Monday sided with an Inc. unit in its suit alleging the U.S. Government Accountability Office wrongfully sustained rival IBM Corp.'s protest of a $600 million cloud computing contract with the CIA.
