Cablevision Fights Viacom Bid To Axe Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (October 8, 2013, 6:41 PM EDT) -- Cablevision hit back Friday at Viacom's bid to dismiss the cable giant's channel bundling antitrust suit, arguing the content provider had misconstrued the standard of proof Cablevision must meet to make its claims stick.
