Law360, New York (October 9, 2013, 2:33 PM EDT) -- A Native American group fighting the National Labor Relations Board's jurisdiction attempt on its tribal casino told the Sixth Circuit on Tuesday that sovereignty rights recognized in the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act allow the tribe to ban union strikes.
