Prodisc Patient Widens Circle Of Blame

Law360, New York (February 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A patient whose artificial spinal disk malfunctioned is broadening his product liability lawsuit against Synthes Spine Inc., which manufactures and markets the disk, adding as defendants the device's original maker and the investment firm that generated the start-up capital to finance the product's development.
