Orbitz Can't Dodge $18M Payment To Embattled Marketer

Law360, New York (October 11, 2013, 12:47 PM EDT) -- A New York judge said on Thursday that Orbitz LLC is still on the hook for $18 million in contract termination payments to a marketer that agreed that same day to a $30 settlement resolving related deceptive marketing claims with 47 states.
