Law360, New York (October 11, 2013, 6:04 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday tossed the bulk of the city of San Jose's suit accusing Major League Baseball of conspiring to prevent the Oakland Athletics from relocating to the city, finding the city's antitrust claims barred by an exemption for baseball.
