Modeling Agency Settles Unpaid Intern's Wage Suit

Law360, New York (October 15, 2013, 7:48 PM EDT) -- Elite Model Management told a New York federal court on Friday that it had reached an agreement to resolve a former intern's proposed collective action accusing the agency of requiring its interns to do the work of employees for no pay.
